Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original CORDOVA packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt for confirmation.
